IT-System
The structuring of IT-Systems for business relations in contract logistics is the subject of a new study of the Fraunhofer-Center for Applied Research on Technologies for the Logistics Service Industries (ATL) in Nuremberg. This study has shown that IT-integration between business partners is crucial for success.
HANSETANK takes this fact into account.

Computer-aided scheduling and an optimised Unified Messaging (UM) connected to the telephone system CTI are part of this concept.
